We specialise in working with House-Builders to create viewing homes and showhomes that lead to successful sales. 

Over the past 3 years we have worked extensively with many house builders.

For each plot we provide an itemised quote along with mood-boards for each room.​

  • Our packages are tailored to your Development and the type of buyers you would like to attract.

Packages are most often quoted for on a 12 week basis but can often be extended as required or indeed purchased outright.

You can rely on us to arrive on site in a professional manner and work with your site and office teams to ensure a smooth installation.

We also provide staging for resale properties to maximise their appeal when coming to the market.

 

VIEWING HOMES

We stage newbuild properties as a blank canvas, white walls, no or limited window dressings.  A property or housetype for sale that is opened for viewing by potential buyers.

SHOWHOMES

A fully furnished & professionally decorated model home designed to showcase the layout, features and potential of homes in a new development to give buyers a sense of space & usage.

Includes a full interior package

  • Choosing kitchen and bathroom designs and colourways

  • Choosing flooring. 

  • Designing a concept for each room with mood boards, wall colours/ wallpaper and window dressing blinds or Curtains/ Furniture and staging package.

  • Creating a flow throughout the house 

  • Lighting.  This plays a crucial role in the Showhome as it significantly influences the perception, atmosphere and functionality of the space.

 

RESALE PROPERTIES / HOME OWNERS

we offer staging packages for vacant homes for sale through estate agents or private clients, to maximise the visual appeal of properties coming to the market.
